  1. Preferential injury management on-site. Whenver an injury occurs we can respond within a 48hr period and reduce the impact the injury may have on your bottom line. We liaise directly with the WHSO and can even help implement policy.

  2. Preventative Massages/physio on 'at risk' staff members to reduce likelihood of an injury.

  3. Educational seminars on topics ranging from nutrition to back care to posture.

  4. Manual Handling training; updated information for all staff members.

  5. Ergonomic Assessments; to minimize the impact of certain working conditions.

  6. Pre-employment screening; to assess the likelihood of a new staf member sustaining an injury.

  7. Preventative stretching and exercise programs - group personal training, pilates, home programs.
Our focus and emphasis is on the employee taking responsibility for their health and well being. We aim to empower them with the knowledge of how to look after their bodies whilst at work and at home.

All our staff are covered by insurance to work off-site.
